Maybe that's a sign you should get rid of some stuff? Clothes that don't fit or you haven't worn in ages. Old books that'll you'll never read again etc. I love having a massive clear out and seeing all the free space I've made, plus there are other people who would probably love those things you don't want any more ☺️

I always clean my room. Before someone comes over and tomorrow I have a friend coming over for a few hours so I'm watching this to help motivate me to clean my room. Seeing these types of videos, more than I spend it locked in my house, they calm my anxiety, I would love to be able to do this in my room hahaha
One tip I have is for the folks with low energy or low motivation. Start with doing the tasks that prep you for the actual task. Example: If you need to wash a large pile of dishes, the prepping task would be to sort them.
Same with laundry; sort it into piles.
If you need to grocery shop, clean out your fridge first. Completing small and quick tasks can give you a dopamine hit and will help get the ball rolling.
Keep it simple. If you pick up stuff off the floors and clear off surfaces, wash your dishes, make your bed and toss out the trash and recycling everyday, that is half the battle! It makes it so much easier to actually clean your space.

I’m currently rearranging my bedroom to make space for a desk for my computer and to get a lot, and I mean a lot of dust out, and I have a long list of tasks and it’s going to take.. a while, not gonna be fun, especially since I always sneeze and get a really stuffy nose whenever I’m around dust, but the final result should be worth it!
