I love aurami of the dead tide, its one of my favorite commanders. really fun if you are able to get an intruder alarm in play and then loop out a bunch of creatures that make mana and then storm off to get a gary win :v
TLDR: Below as i realized 2 commanders in i actually had some input (wanted or not you're reading further so ┐_㋡_┌ ) I was the araumi player, i fear the man who plays araumi. she has some crazy synergies i never thought of till i played her. Proceed with caution the power WILL make you arch enemy by proxy for years. them- "oh god ive never seen that commander what are you planning to do" me- spin my wheels play some weird spells them- does it combo? me- idk havent played it yet but didnt put any in there on pur- them in unison- Kill YOU first! it took playing the most nerfed version of grenzo, dungeon warden ive ever seen just to have a bit of fun while getting kicked in this only being after i tore apart TESHAR FOR THE SAME REASON- "oh this is that budget player i was telling you about" every time i couldnt escape it, i was the budget player who snuck sneaky combos and explosive finishers to surprise games out from under people (mind you my LGS is fairly established but ive only been there twice before playing and played there now 3 or so years) ive built quite a few of mitches decks over the years, made a few tweaks here and there, and let me tell you its a blast to see the excitement on everyones face as you pull a game from the brink with your rag tag group of budget cards against these titans playing top 100 commanders, but depending on the LGS (like mine) people are brewers and crafters of their own deck. Some may have followed a guide online, deckteck, decklist, or even edhrec and slapped things together (if you're reading this by some chance i know who you are you're literally not original) but every person has played their deck hundreds of times and knows what they and others are capable of, so just be careful how you present yourself TLDR: So i have more thoughts but i dont think anyone cares that much. Yes budget builds are great, you can do strong things on a budget, but if tinkering is your jam and you like to brew keep strong strategies a distance. Use them if the deck is lacking in meaningful ways like card draw or mana acceleration to give the deck "that x factor for late game" so that you're not just useless Love the video Mitch and thanks for all the amazing work you guys put out 💙 i had such an experience watching this video (thinking of old decks) and you've inspired many deckbuilding sessions as well as saved me time on commanders i wasnt sure if i wanted to build so again thanks for being apart of the community
I still can't believe I'm the only person I know who runs Ayli the Eternal Pilgrim. I've never directly looked it up but I've never seen any MTG UA-camr I've watched even mention her, and no game store I've ever visited has had anyone other than me play her. It makes me feel special :)

12 seconds ago release! Guess I’m clicking.
I see Araumi, I instantly click.
Sorry but with all the multicolored dragons out there i think morophon is the best commander for them.
Blame eddy!!!
