I wanted to have a more rumbly note on my Rebel exhaust, so I replaced the regular mufflers with a set of Harley Low Rider mufflers, and then I replaced the rest of the Rebel with the Harley Low Rider as well. Has a much better exhaust note now.
1:19 this is the part I’m stuck on, I drilled out the baffle plates but the tube thing is still stuck in there, and it’s stuck in there with a capital S. I tried pulling it out with pliers, and hitting it with a hammer and the thing won’t budge. Any suggestions?
it might sound better the only problem is you will burn the valves out as a four stroke relies on back preasure from the exaust which it gets from the baffles. but we probably all done it at some point though

Did it ever damage anything? Thinking of doing the same to my 450 rebel but scared it'll fry my valves

I have 2008 Honda Rebel too,and I removed the exhaust complity and 32500 millas,very nice motorcycles
