I just got a 4" pot for $29.99. Still a bit pricy, but I got a gift card to my local nursery for my birthday. Was a very easy decision to get it for that price in that situation! lol It is now my favorite phil.
I cannot figure out why at least 50% of my Micans leaves always grow stay SUPER TINY even though it grows year around. And I am not talking about a plant that’s trailing long where leaves at the bottom ones get very little sun. I prefer to have them vine, so don’t want to put them on a moss pole. Any suggestions for what it might need to help it grow regular sized leaves? I don’t want super large leave. Thank you.🪴
Mine is growing well in normal room humidity, but if you wanted to provide supplemental humidity, a small humidifier would be more effective. Misting doesn’t really do much, the plant would need more continuous humidity.
@@adamfromgardenofeden Gotcha! Also would you recommend getting a sphagnum moss stick to support its growth? I’m very conflicted between that or a trellis. I wanted to support its growth and give it that tree like experience.
@@darthdevi A moss pole is def better than a trellis as the Micans will root into the moss pole. Check out some vids on self watering moss poles! So much easier than the moss pole I have for mine cause you won’t have to spray it daily.

Love your tutorial. You get to the point and you are never long and dragging it out! Yes that means a lot to me
Thank you for this video! Mine looks so ugly. Not sure what I’m doing wrong.
Love it !!

Heyo, this was super helpful. I just got two pots of micans and I wanted to ask if you mist the leaves, since they prefer humidity.
