It depends when there is a school holiday or not. Most EU countries have all different school holidays. Always check Google for European School Holidays if you want to visit outside of such a period.

The always start decorating the Disneyland Park for Halloween in September so everything is ready for the start of the season in the beginning of October.

Yes they still do, right after the drone show "Disney Electrical Sky Parade" I just always leave the park after de drones. 😅
