my printer show: "open front cover. paper jam 380" But there is no paper inside. When i removed paper, it goes out all, no small peace left inside... could give me advice?!

Everyone remember the fuser assy. is VERY HOT, be careful where you touch it so as not to burn your fingers.

error code 380 in my OKI MC362w printer I can see the paper at the front of the printer but there is now way i can get to it. How do i remove the unit that the holds the toners?
