You are a great example of initiative. I´m amazed how you worked to tune up all the parameters. I´m an engineer and I know how much work this needs...and I can see the hand of an expert in glass fiber making here. I would like to make business with you but need a much smaller machine. 50 kg per hour is too much. 10 kg, 110V is much more reasonable for an operation in my country. If you can make it this size, it would be great.

We are company from Bulgaria. www.plasticabg.net Our "EASY WOOL PRO" is the newest model in our EASY WOOL series. We have redesigned the old model with more compactness and low weight because the majority of our customers we serve operate in countries outside of Europe. Thus with this compact design, transport will be cheaper and faster. The principle of the new model is the same as the old one with a capacity of up to 50 kg per hour depending on the thickness of the fiber. In this new model, everything is combined into one body. It also adjusts all parameters : Turbine speed, the power of the turbocharger, which controls the quality of the wadding. The feedstock is crushed PET plastic bottles. It does not have to be clean. PET plastic bottles can be crushed without removing labels and caps because the nozzles on the EASY WOOL PRO are 10mm in diameter so there is no danger of jamming. Other than PET aggregates nothing is needed but power to operate it besides a little running water to cool the auger. Optionally, a small circulating tank pump can also be used for cooling instead.The inertia power of the new model is 10 kilowatts and the nominal is about 3 kilowatts, because after 10-15 minutes of operation, the machine goes to autogeneous mode and the patented type of auger melts the material. The weight of the machine is about 350 kg. (excluding the weights of transport pallet and safety packaging materials). The starting material is a soft fiber whose temperature is regulated by a change of temperature. The final product fibers are suitable to be used as filling for soft toys, furniture, mattresses and more. After additional mechanical machining, the fibers can be used for blankets, clothes, non-woven fabrics, and more. When supplied power the machine automatically regulates to set temperatures. Once set temperatures have been reached, you can operate the auger and the turbo. The EASY WOOL PRO is just that, simple and easy both operate and service. It works in continuous mode. All parts and aggregates are produced by us and the method is patented.

You are a great example of initiative. I´m amazed how you worked to tune up all the parameters. I´m an engineer and I know how much work this needs...and I can see the hand of an expert in glass fiber making here. I would like to make business with you but need a much smaller machine. 50 kg per hour is too much. 10 kg, 110V is much more reasonable for an operation in my country. If you can make it this size, it would be great.
For 110 volts no problem. This model is a 220V single phase. We'll just change it to 110 volts. The price is 6800 euros and produces 30-35 kilograms per hour.
