白磁器上絵付けポーセリンペインティングで八重咲のチューリップを描いてみました。家で活けていた枯れる寸前の開き切ったチューリップの花びらがエレガントで無償に描きたくなり描いたものです。

【ポーセリンペインティング】とは、鉱物粉からなる上絵具を用いて筆で白磁器に手描きで絵付けをした後、約800℃ほどで焼成をし、陰影など必要に応じて再度、絵付けと焼成を繰り返し施して仕上げていく、世界的ににも認知される最も高貴な歴史ある工芸のひとつです。
[Porcelain painting] means to paint on white porcelain by hand with a brush using mineral paint, and then fire at about 800°C, and if necessary, paint again. It is one of the world's most noble and historic crafts that is repeatedly fired and finished.
【Medium】
The medium I use is a slow drying oil (open medium) called painting oil. Painting oil contains balsam for fixing and mixing oil for kneading paint.

Hi, just love your painting! The colours are so beautiful. Can you please tell me which pink you use? Is it a Japanese make? And if it is can I please have the website I can order it from? Thank you very much for posting these videos - I love them all especially your pansies with the birds !

My late reply. Thank you for your nice comment and watching. The three colors used for the tulips are made in Japan, normal pink, slightly dark pink and marron. Unfortunately, you can't buy it on the website. It's not a special color, so I think it's a color you can buy in your country. Thank you for watching the pansy video as well.
