The reason why there’s no dlc on the wii because the wii doesn’t have enough memory to handle more songs and Nintendo is shutting the wii shop in 2019 and you can no longer add wii points now.

That's because the UI has stayed virtually the same as 2015 on old gen up until the last game that supported it, which is 2020 for the Wii.
