What’s the town called that you drive through around the 5 minute mark? 😍
Target is the worst lately I always do drive up and it will tell me some items are not available for pickup and I will go in and always find them 😡
That exact same thing happened to me at target over around Christmas time. I ordered a Xbox controller. They say it’s ready. I get there. They say oh we don’t have it. We couldn’t find it. So I went to the electronic section myself and logan behold there it was right there for everyone to see and I did pick it up and I did bring it straight to the service desk and show them, I talked to worker and he was like yeah sometimes if they don’t fight, they can’t find it or they just don’t wanna look for it. That’s what they’ll do.

So this is not meant to be a mean comment by any means, however, customer service people deal with a lot if you don’t know how that person’s day had been prior to you arriving. They could be having a bad time at home or having a bad day. I’m sorry that you had that experience of course but these are most likely high schoolers or college kids that just need money for school. Keep that in mind :)
@@abbychuma4668 these were grown women that were older than me. I worked in retail for years and would never just take another customer when I was in the middle of helping one regardless of what was going on in my personal life. Of course with everyone we have to remember that we don’t know what’s going on in peoples personal lives, but that doesn’t excuse having an attitude and not doing your job. And nothing wrong with ranting about bad customer service when the service was in fact bad lol
