It's the reason our possession is always in the back and wing backs. I think he should shift it to 3-5-2 to give the midfield a competitive advantage. You can never make it in the premier league with a weak Midfield. The midfield determines your success both in possession and out of possession. He should make Bruno or Amad one of the Midfield three and push either to partner with the striker, that should open up a lot of space on the flanks for the wing backs to run into.
