I was thinking of a scenario where Jiraiya survived and he went to the moon with Naruto, Hinata, Sakura, Sai, Shikamaru, Neji, and Konan.This would play as he dies trying to help Naruto and Hinata get away from Toneri as he goes into sage mode one last time.

Storm 3 was trying to end the series before the series had ended. Thankfully Storm 4 ignored Storm 3's ending and starts right before the Hokages are re-animated
well CyberConnect didn't put all there effort on this game for a reason.This was a substitute for storm 3.This game was made to pass the time for storm 3.So yeah of course there are no boss battles,great cut scenes,or decent vs battle.I now Generations was NOT worth $60,but now Storm 3 is now released....and i noticed your post was 4 months ago. Well worth the wait if you ask me
The gameplay still worked, story was just there, boss fights were a step up from Storm 1 and 2. If you want a BAD fighting game play Marvel vs Capcom 3. Honestly I was mad about the edo kage at first but realized in storm 4 all of the missing characters will be playable.

Why, because no edo kage, swordsman, Kinkaku and Ginkaku? I heard in storm 4 when it comes out, we are going to have all of those characters playable and for those of you who think this game is bad, play ultimate ninja 1 or 4, then tell me this is a disappointment.
You keep making it seem like that is my reason for disliking the game. I dislike it for reasons already stated, and I'm not in the mood to explain myself again, I assure you my reasons are highly valid, though. I've been a fan of the series since it first came out, too.
