    As a 38yrs old guy , mediocre player , I found this clip is really helpful.
    I'm training with this clip , just sikp the last 2 excercises because of some knee issues.
    It would saved my life from boredom during home quarantine.

      And the better you get, the faster you get... these exercises don't depend a lot on skill/age!

      I found that high knee maybe the best so far.
      Easy but really draining.

      There's two more refined virus with similar exercises, one for speed, one for longer intervals. Make sure to check them out, too.

      @@PlayFasterThanYourShadow yeah. There are so many different grips for net shots, smash, slice, reverse slice, drop. Found similar videos but found it very hard to understand. Hope yours can be as good as u did for the footwork. Very easy to understand and follow. Seems to be more practical

      That's what I'm trying, but it's not always easy. Thank you for that feedback, it really is nice to read things like that. Grips are not all that complicated, putting in words with all that terminology is what makes it complicated.
      I'm think about it, because technique certainly is not my focus, but it does for to a topic that has been wandering through my head for some time now.

      really depends on what you want to achieve... some suggestions are
      work [sec] : rest [sec]
      40:20
      30:30
      10:20
      7:14
      maybe have a look at my 5 minutes for speed video of you want to train speed endurance and the 30:30 interval training if you're more going for stamina (the work intervals will stay above the anaerobic threshold though).

      No off-court-training will replace on court training. This will help you to move your feet quickly, especially if you add it to you on-court training.

    How does that help with footwork? I'm a beginner and want to get better to have more fun. I thought footwork refers to the technique used to move across the court.

      foot work -> feet working, not only technique, also the actual work that you can train with these exercises... have a look at my other videos for some footwork technique

    Please suggest time duration for intermediate player. Bcz u train ur players in ur academy so better u know. Now I am district player under 17 and do these exercise (30 sec work :30 sec rest ) each exercise 3 set I do. But I am preparing for next level so please advice me time duration according to that level. I hope u understand my request. Lots of love from India🇮🇳.

      it's all in the video... it depends on what you want to train, rather than your level of play

      Yes ,but i have to do 30 sec for stamina and 10 sec for speed means 40 sec work and rest 40 sec. Am I right?

      You cannot do both at the same time... you have to choose. Or have a look at my "5 Minutes for speed" and "30 - 30 interval training" videos, they're more refined and targeted towards different goals.

      Interval training does also build up stamina. Off court training cannot replace on court training though.

      I'm not a doctor. I cannot give you any medical advice. When you have pain that doesn't disappear within a few days, I strongly recommend to see a doctor.

      Haha... I have many different shoes (Kason, Victor, Yonex, Mizuno, Asics), so I had to have a look at that video again to see it. It's an older Victor shoe, P9100, I think... maybe even P9000? I'll switch to ADIDAS once the shipment arrives.
      Shoes must fit your feet. Many brands will have a more light weight and a heavier range with better cushioning and maybe even more than that.
      Are you looking for a new pair? What caught your interest in these?

      @@robertlockley4555 I'm not sure if they are still available somewhere. I didn't find them anywhere in Germany when I was looking quite some time ago, but maybe you can still find them somewhere. It's the P9100 (looked it up) in red. I have to admit I like them better in the video than in reality. They're very glossy, the rear part even looks like a mirror...
      Let me know when you found them somewhere.

      You can mute the video, there's no talking in it,... the taste for music is very subjective and. i try to mix it up. This was my first video and I never thought that so many people would watch it.
