- Flying my 15" span Tee Stik plane with a Cox TD .010 between rainshowers. I built this model a few years ago and it is still a ton of fun to fly. Fast and agile with a mighty Cox TD .010 engine! This plane is scratchbuilt, no plans or kit available. These little engines are prized by collectors now but are still relevant for flying with the availability of modern lightweight RC radios, servos, batteries, etc. The smallest internal combustion engine ever mass produced! It displaces 1/100th of a cubic inch and spins nearly 30k RPMs.

Did you follow some plans or did you come up with it on your own?
I started by loosely drawing up a smaller Littlest Stik. Then I went wild with a pencil and ruler on paper until I liked it. The fuse was scaled down to closely fit the .010 engine and fuel tank I wanted to use. It has about half as many ribs, a different tail design, etc. Span is 15”. I’m not sure what happened to the paper I drew it on. It was never put into a computer file. I built 2 of them side by side. The other has a TD.020!!! It is severely overpowered, fast, and a big handful to fly. The .010 version just works and flies so much better.
@@TeeBeeZee I am planning on getting a mini stik an putting an .049. I will take the plans and scale them to a 15” span. Thanks so much!
