- This was a BIG CHALLENGE for all of us!!
The #FighterBoys went into the middle of a dense and green volcanic forest... This is such a beautiful trek! It can be difficult at times under the sun here in the Philippines, and thus, difficult to enjoy hiking! But here in Camiguin... No problem, the trail is covered with shade! This forest is so wonderful to explore! We took off with a group of mountaineers from all over the Philippines...
Why?
Because there is a new trail being established on Mt. Hibok-Hibok! As of right now this is closed to the public (as it is being developed), but in coming months will be opened.
The trail is a bit challenging and can be slippery, but the overwhelming amount of greenery that glows with the suns rays... SO REFRESHING! I love all the mossy trees!!
A lot of people come to explore the incredible coastlines, islands, and underwater life here in Camiguin. But trekking here is SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE!! This trail starts at Sitio Itum in Brgy Baylao Mambajao. It will be open in coming months to the public! Just contact the Camiguin Tourism Office.

I could have compressed this trek into one video only... But I decided to share the longer raw experience. This Trek was incredible, and challenging for everyone.
We are always on the move and in adventure mode... Will edit and post when I can, but I want to be fully immersed in the adventure first and foremost :)

Hi Marylou - I would like to chime - in into the conversation if you don't mind. The thought you brought "Recognition" been on my mind for quite sometime now since I started watching Kulass' reality show. I totally agree with you, Kulas deserves "Plaque of Appreciation and Recognition" from the Department of Tourism/government. During the early years of Kulas, I thought he's only using our country as his playground. It turn out that his presence brought positive outlook. His early UA-cam videos showcased the hidden beauty of our country that has not been explored or visited by tourists before. The impact of his videos resulted to springing variety of businesses into the marginalized area of our country. Tourism increased dramatically. Our compatriot who used to be fishermen and women became tourist guides earning money. Impoverished areas where job opportunity is hard to come by are getting also getting "Piece of Pie" working as guides. Result of his effort is very good and positive to our country. His ability to win friends are adding flavor into the mix. He is the perfect tool of our tourism industry.

Fighter boys are sooo fun to watch especially when they do the adventure altogether. They have different skills in showcasing their trips. I'm super inlove watching all their videos about the nature, ethnicity, culture, people in the Philippines. It's a good pill for me for being away from my fam.

Kulas try to visit Batangas Province climb Mount Maculot, Taal Volcano, Taal Lake and in Laguna Province the mystical mountains the Mount Makiling and Mount Banahaw.
