such an impressive minifigure for the time. could honestly be used today in modern sets if we ever got any character from the dc license that wasn’t batman or the joker 😭
A great review and I really appreciate the fact that for a vid of this length you went into a lot of detail showing off each section and part. As I was looking for a review to do so since I have a hard one I can buy. Wanted to see what all was missing and what I’d need to replace!
@@starlord_gog_6832 thank you so much and i really appreciate you checking out the channel! so glad you enjoyed the video. be sure to subscribe because i’ve got more retro lego reviews coming your way!
@@richardlaceyfield9 it is definitely disappointing to see such a huge decline in the release of dc sets, especially seeing how much is poured into marvel, albeit, with some overpricing. i mean, look how long it took for us to get any minifigures in a dc set that weren’t just batman and joker! im hoping that with the release of the batman the animated series sets lego will see a demand with the dc license, and open back up to original comic based sets like they were producing from 2012 to about 2016, or even like this 2006 to 2008 batman theme. believe me, it hurts me too, considering dc is my all-time favorite theme. if we got the same love as marvel, can you imagine what we’d get? imagine if dc had annual modulars! a wayne manor, a direct to consumer arkham asylum, an ace chemicals, a gcpd building- so many options!
i wouldn’t say all that 😭 even with our friendship aside, you know i’ve been watching your videos since i was a kid. can’t agree i’m better than one of the lego youtube goats 💪🏼 thank you so much though. mic is the same blue snowball i’ve had the last couple years! i make pretty minimal edits to audio usually so i’d say it’s a pretty decent mic especially at the price 😎it’s gotten the job done as long as i’ve had it, but i want to get a new one soon since one of the legs broke on mine….
I want this set so bad but it’s so outrageously overpriced. There’s no reason $5 plastic should be $1200 just because it’s sealed. Scalpers and resellers absolutely destroyed the Lego Batman market
@@bigmike_420_9 i agree, which is why there’s only really 3 sets i really want from that original theme… all of which will be reviewed here on the channel soon enough 😏 stay tuned 😎

There is no way that was $90. Christ I remember this set from the forestfire101 animations.

Where did you get it and for how much??
i bought the set off from a fellow collector in the community. he wanted the details to remain private, so all i’ll say is that i paid under $300!
