Love this video for many reasons; it shows the empathy in Jeff to support a newbie through his nervousness in an unfamiliar environment and it's true professionalism to support his junior partner for both the benefit of his partner's work and the success of the project.
From this video it is clear that they love and rely on each other. I'm not saying it is or isn't in a romantic way, but there is no denying that Jeff is one of Barcode's biggest supporters and even protectors and Barcode makes Jeff laugh and feel young again. In fact, in interviews they both stated it in different wording. Anyways, there is no denying that they care about and love each other in one way or another, whether it be as brothers, a couple, or even as best friends.
