nice , to truly enjoy that place your gonna have to stay at least three weeks there is just soo much more in and around the valley, but to be truly honest , too get the best perspective enter on the north end especially if you have already come in the south entrance .amazing
I agree, the hotel is beautiful and very iconic. Arguably the best place to stay in Yosemite, besides camping. Thanks for the comment by the way, appreciate it.

This hotel is not only beautiful but the Real Overlook Hotel of the movie The Shining! It is almost a replica! Check out the red elevator that is one of the scenes where the blood flows out of the elevator! The Stanley hotel in Estes Park Colorado doesn't not deserve to get all the credit because it was only the inspiration/idea for the movie.
@pinkworld9384 The Stanley wasn’t the inspiration for the 1980 Kubrick movie, it was the ACTUAL hotel that terrified and inspired Stephan King to write The Shining. (which the movie was based on) The Ahwahnee is stunning but it’s interior was merely used as inspiration for the soundstages in London, where the movie was filmed. (the exterior was the Timberline Lodge in Oregon) Personally I think The Stanley Hotel deserves all the credit it gets and more as the real-life Overlook Hotel. 👻
Lol 😆. Its still a beautiful lodge with fantastic surrounding scenic views. It is a bit pricey and bookings must be done way in advance. Thanks for the comment by the way 🙂

Pretty much everywhere you go in the valley is beautiful. 😀
Wonderful tour of an iconic hotel. Thanks for taking the time and effort to film this!
