I understand this theory. Agr apni life ko r gatherings ko observe krein then exactly ye theory exist kr rahi hai. But aj defined ho gae with proper titles. Trying to stay away from Anchor zone. Keep working to stay in Rider zone nd during this you even not realize when you're converted in Rowers. But consistency is main thing and 2nd is a Followup behind Riders.
