Fun fact: Jiajiangmyeon is quite tasty when added with vinegar and some chilli(not the sauce type, the solid crunchy paste type), I have eaten it and loved it. Do control the amount of chilli you add as the vinegar would have enhanced the chilli already and it might become too hot to handle.
