I had the worst day of my life today sobbing heavily for been rejected and hearing negative comments through out this weeks. I went home and just on my phone to my surprise this song was suggested "I'm a Warrior" and i played it over and over again which brought me relief to my heart which was hurt way too much and i wanted to quit. Thank you God for your blessing for healing my heart when i didn't have a shoulder to hang on to. God does amazing things to heal us in many ways watching us struggle to carry on.

I was looking for a different song but I saw this one and played it. As soon as I heard this beginning, I knew God show me this song for a reason. I’ve been going through a very difficult time recently, and I’ve been doing a little better, but today I definitely wasn’t. God knew that I needed this. He never gives up on you, even when you give up on Him. I pray that you receive the sign you need today. Please don’t give up.

A dear friend of mine graduated from Marine boot camp nearly two years ago. She shared this song with me and how it kept her motivated to drive on. I am very proud of her as I always have been. And now besides having still a dear friend; I also have a sister. Because you see she is now a Marine as I was and always will be. I graduated in 1982 and her in 2018. For me listening to this song reminds me that I'm a warrior who has survived childhood abuse, being suicidal, a horrific car accident, severe mental trauma, and many health problems but I still manage to stay on my feet and keep on going. I saved this song when I was younger, I had a feeling I would need it one day for some reason. I am 15 now and I just got out of a month-long trip to the hospital. Found out I had necrotizing fasciitis in my right leg and I was hours away from dying. Six incisions and eight surgeries later I have been out of the hospital for a week now .
