*NEVER expose your Quest 3 lenses to DIRECT SUNLIGHT! It will burn and damage them just like using a magnifying glass.
I'm just too subconscious to do this outside 😂, I always fear someone gonna film and post how stupid I look from outside when they can't see what I'm doing inside the headset...lol..Having 2 people with headsets though would be dope and you could almost imagine what they might be seeing like a light saber fight or something lol

Great video PD. I played my first online Miracle Pool games last light and had a great time. I actually place the table over my real pool table so I have something to lean on when shooting. It works well for me when no one else is around to play on my real table.

@@ParadiseDecay I have a 7ft Go Sports table and the small table is perfect on the sides but just a bit shorter than my real table. If I use the large table I can’t lean on the edges.
I love how two people from across the world can find themselves talking and playing a game together. We just need the avatars to be better detailed, with face detection. There's a loneliness epidemic in the world but it could easily be solved with VR. If only the vast majority of people didn't think VR was a gimmick. I'm also thinking this game would feel even better if you were holding a real pool stick.

How do you record full screen on quest 3. when i tried it half the screen was missing i mean the view of my hands etc in homeworld vast reaches you could not see what my hands were doing and only way was to have squared where their is two bars each side of the screen. what screen format are you using. i dunno why your sound kept cutting out though.

That sun isnt going to screw up your quest? The table looks a little narrow?
I thought it is just an issue when it shines into the 2 goggles because of the magnifier effect, I'm unsure if it also affect the outer cameras tho.
As far as I know you can chose between a small and a normal pool table, I think this is the small one.
Sun was behind a tree canope and it was cloudy.
@Lupain, correct. Only the two lenses on the inside that you look through. Don't let the sunlight shine directly into those two. The outside tracking cameras (lenses) is not an issue. The sun doesn't cause them any damage.
just a friendly reminder that the sun only affects the two lenses inside that you look through. These are magnifying lenses, and if sunlight shines directly into them, it will burn the display screen inside. The sun does not cause any damage to the outside tracking cameras on the quest.

Why would some affect tracking?
Do you mean sun? Direct sunlight has a lot of infrared light that interferes with the infrared lights on the controllers.
A straightforward way to explain this is that extremely bright sunlight can blind the Quest and prevent it from seeing the controllers. It's similar to someone shining a flashlight into your eyes, making it difficult for you to see. When the Quest can't see the controllers, it leads to tracking issues.
