Ant is an amazing interviewer for someone who's a credit short of a high school diploma, especially considering Jonny Rotten is a difficult person to interview. He's like James Lipton. Remained humble, johnny was comfortable enkugh to open up about everything , kept it fun, you nailed it Ant ! I've been on a serious O&A binge for the past few months, helps me get through the tough times and figure shit out.
I think if he interviewed rotten now it might be harder it seems in his older age he gets more hard headed especially in this political saturated world we are living in with COVID and everything
"Ant is an amazing interviewer for someone who's" - shut the fuck up. Unless you booked for letterman, shut the fuck up. Nobody gives a fuck about your youtube opinion. Ant's also got a LOT MORE FUCKING MONEY THAN YOU for someone who's one credit short of a HS diploma ... you have a comment on THAT?? Oh shit, cheapshot alley is pretty damn thin...
@@user-pb1xd8pv2l not bad, you still need to work on your delivery though, your edit doesn't pack quite the same punch as your original comment with the time machine bit HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHHAAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH fawkin' homerun never doubt your first draft. Anyways Caroline's is always looking for an open mic , you got the sprinkles as Gavin would say, best of luck to yah chappie
Johnny just hates phoneys and doesn't suffer fools. He used to live near me in Venice Beach. Always gave me shit when I saw him... then I gave it back and we were basically friends after that. His stepdaughter Ari jammed with us in my basement a couple times.
He's been married to the same woman since the 70s. She's like 20 years older than him and has dementia now. He refuses to put her in a home and takes care of her himself. The stories are heartbreaking, but he's devoted like Breuer was to his parents.
@@TheKitchenerLesliequite admirable. Johnny is the real deal as far as rejecting the ways of the world. As an iconic punk rocker he ironically lived a conservative life compared to most other rockers of his era, which makes him more punk rock than all of them. A true individual unafraid to stand alone
Ant seems to have way more life experience than Opie, and can be funny in any circumstance. He's extremely easy on the ears, except of course when it comes to politics or serious race debate. Not surprised that Opie constantly struggled to keep up with him and Jimmy.
Opie knew talent when he saw it. Trouble is if he just had complete confidence in himself and not try so hard, they would still be working together. He's a mess and can be very devious. Shame.

@@user-pb1xd8pv2l I don’t think either one of us said anything bad about ant it is more about rotten he is an abrasive guy

Ant: “So you don’t have any sacred cows in the music business?”
Jonny: “ehhhhh..... well there’s Adele”
I never really listened to sex pistols but johnny rotten was fun to listen to
Johnny rotten was a great interview, that guy is damn funny
This episode is Radio Gold
Johnny Rotten is my spirit animal
OK! FISH? Media ugh douche chills with line bro. 🤣😂🤣😂🤣

34:50 first time Ive heard them play cky
Yep, that was _Plastic Plan_ off of Infiltrate•Destroy•Rebuild... I'm dating myself but I LOVED that album back in the day, lol
@@BM151 Me too, it definitely brought me back
I love that Lil Jimmy can't get a question out during the interview
It was Ant's show, lol
Fuck Jim Norton. He was never funny, ever.

He said 56 years young and Uncle Paul was silent? HUUHH!!
Maybe Valley Jim was present instead
BM151 Valley Jim gives me douche chills. Uncle Paul is still the best character. I have kids and despise pedos but Uncle Paul KILLS every time
maybe little jimmy had nothing legitimate to contribute but he's not as stupid as opie to fuck up a room full of actual comics on a roll??
John Lydon scared Uncle Paul rightly into silence.
Theyre still holding onto my shitstains o my old shirts
I like these guys
Opie and Anthony should have done that world tour.
That or you go to metal shows and they yell the state their in usually gets the crowd going lol
One of there best interviews!
Where was the interview?
*their, dummy
Lmao Anthony and his accents 😂
“Teach them how to fix a roof”
The ones that didn’t care about learning are the ones that end up fixing roofs as an adult.
Toss your fruit salad, LOL. JIMMY
Lydon was definitely the “alpha male” in the room that day.
