By watching this video, I got to say that it seems big news of Ubisoft partnership with you two. So awesome. 😄 next the game Assassin’s creed: Odyssey seem to be the biggest game that focus on DLC a lot. As it seems oddly connected to main timeline. Fate of the Blade focus on the original owner and founder of Hidden Blade. He was mentioned all the way back to Assassin’s Creed 2 during a mini quest for a armor. Next Fate of Atlantis focus on how Kassandra/Alexois got Isu powers from either side of good or evil. So I hope you got cash on buying the DLC expansions as they are worth a playing moment. 😌 So that is all I got say, stay awesome and safe out there. Can’t wait to see more reactions from both of yea.

I enjoyed this game and I played it all from the main story to the dlc's. It might not feel like an AC game, but it's still great if you like an open world, looter, adventure game.
Don't know if you've played this yet but i think you'll bother love this. I would recommend playing through it twice. Once as Kassandra and once as Alexio.
We haven’t played this one yet. Have been told Kassandra is the cannon character and perhaps better voice actor so that is who we would play with first 😇
Congrats, guys! Another little game by Ubisoft you might want to check out sometime is "Immortals Fenyx Rising". I honestly didn't think this would appeal to me due to the cartoonish aspect of it but I am loving it so much and it's based on Greek mythology like Odyssey, which is a plus because I love anything to do with Ancient Greece.
Thanks for letting us know about this game. We hadn’t heard about it before a we will add it to our list to react to and maybe pick it up to play as well 🙂
Great reaction, just i want to know what is that song used in the background in the second trailer where both Alexios and Kassandra saying "to be who you want to be..."? I tried to find that song through shazam app but it didn't find anything, anyone who know this song, tell me the song name!
Ubisoft is a really great company when it comes to their fans. I love the recent games too. Origins is great especially because of my love of ancient Egypt.
Oh also yes all the new games have more mythological aspects. Origins had the Pharoah/underworld DLC, Odyssey had the Atlantis DLC (Which covered Elysium, Hades, and Atlantis), and Valhalla has (in the main game) Asgard and Jotunheim. They're all explained in the context of the games, but generally also have mostly to do with either visions or First Civ tech, which is the whole secret history of the franchise going back to the first game. ODyssey is definitely the "least assassin" of the games, but has a direct tie to Origins (where the Assassin's are founded) and to the Templar (well, proto Templar via Order of Ancients and Cult of Kosmos). It also has a LOT more to do with the First Civ as Kassandra has some of their genetics (hence all the more overt superhero/superpower stuff).
I know this is months late, but Kassandra and Alexios are actually siblings, which makes it interesting on who you choose to play as and it'll change the narrative a bit, depending on the sibling you choose. But as others have said, Kassandra is the canon character, which was stated by Ubisoft and she actually has a descendant in other game that came out before Odyssey did. Another thing, not sure if anyone has pointed it out, is that in Odyssey, sometimes the best choice doesn't always have the best outcome, same with the bad choice doesn't have the worst outcome. You could do something that might make you go "God, I feel really shitty for doing that", but then when you go back to the location or talk to the person who you helped or interacted with, they'll end up being in a better mood, you'll see that the choice you made, like I said; good choice≠best outcome/bad choice≠worst outcome, had an impact on what you did. The family you saw that were about to be executed in one of the trailers is a good example. Short story, the priest burned the village due to a sickness (blood fever) happening in said village. Prayers, sacrifices, everything they could think of to help the villagers did nothing, went unnoticed by the Gods. You can either intervene, which you saw happen in the trailer, which could be considered a good choice, cause you're saving them, but it'll have a bad outcome cause everyone else on the island will get sick once you return to said island. Or, you can choose to let the villagers be killed, which might seem like a bad choice, but you actually end up saving the rest of people on the island from keeping the sickness from spreading. Your choices on what you do, how you do it, etc will be known by others, the npcs, of your deeds. You can be a ruthless mercenary who only wants money or you can be a mercenary who knows that some things are too far and have a heart. The choice is yours to make, like it said, there are no right or wrong choices, just a path you choose to make for yourself. Also, there's multiple endings, ranking from best, good, bad, and worst ending.
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames her attitude is sassy and serious, sometimes mixed together. You should watch the interview with the voice actors for Kassandra and Alexios where they answer questions as Kassandra and Alexios, which is great since it shows how much they love their characters.
Wow huge congrats. Ubisoft is huge. AC Odyssey is my favorite AC game. I'm all about Greek history. One thing with Odyssey is it was way before the assassin's were formed. So yeah technically it's not an assassin's creed game but still is if that makes sense
Love that you found this after watching our compilation 😃 People either love or hate odyssey there seems to be no middle ground. We feel like we will love it because of the mythology and hearing Kassandra is the better character to play with 😃
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames yes choose Kassandra. The one thing I absolutely hated about Odyssey was the voice acting for the male. I initially started out as the dude and was almost 15 hours in, I was so annoyed with his voice I started the game over lol. Kassandra's a badass
It’s just as much an assassin creed game as any other. You play an individual that hunts down and assassinates key military and political figures across Greece. Only difference is that your character doesn’t start off as a member of the Assassin order and the targets are all members of two different cults instead of the Templar Order.
@@yannym4605 im mean the story yes it still fits in an ac game. But the gameplay/ controls aren’t even close to a good ac game. It’s more RPG than ac. If you let someone play this games without them knowing the name they wouldn’t even think about saying ac. The gameplay and controls are just so RNG based that you don’t get the feeling anymore that you are playing assassins creed://. And that’s just a fact.
"Is Leaonidas from movie 300?" well yes but battle of Thermopylai is probably most know battle of western civilization history. Even Sabaton made song about it...

It was very awesome indeed. ☺️ Resident Evil 8 today but we will do 7. Today is just the start. Hoping to bring more of the Resident evil community here as we love that franchise 🤓
Assassin's Creed is not just about the templars and the Assassin's. It's about the lore and mainly the Isu and their technology. Although the Assassin's do not exist yet in odyssey the order of ancients do, and they are the proto templars. Don't let haters that paid half way attention to the game say its not an Assassin's creed game, most of those guys think the cult of kosmos are the templars lmao
For each game? The one for Valhalla alone is 23 hours 🤯 Not opposed to it. But we have some other AC stuff we want to react to. A few more trailers and some other suggestions as well 🙂
U believe the reason why people say that this is not really a Assassin's game is because in this you could build you character to a Near Demigod character. Right now I could walk into a Fort through the front door, kill everyone and not take any damage. Well I could take some damage if someone throw a fire bomb or Poison gas at me and that's a Elemental damage but if it's a melee or range attack I'm not taking any damage. Some of the ability that you do here but not in other AC games like throwing the spear At someone and you tell teleport to that person
Oh no! Thanks for letting us know. We made sure to post the working one www.inflcr.co/SH7Cp it looks different than the regular Ubisoft store link so they can track how well it does from our video. We appreciate you looking our for us!! 😃😃😃 🙏 🙏
I played the first Assassin's Creed when it first released on Xbox 360 and really enjoyed it, played the second one and thought it was fun, but my interest in that genre had waned by the release of Brotherhood. I watched from a distance at the troubled releases of most of the following titles and it wasn't until Origins that my interest peaked again, but I didn't pick it up (I have since). About six months before Valhalla released, Odyssey had some sale and I picked it up on a whim... 250 hours later I had it at like 98% complete and I enjoyed almost every minute of it. If you are not prepared for, or aware of, the tedium it can be aggravating. It also has some very Ubisoft writing in it, which is good for a couple laughs I suppose. Overall, I had a ton of fun in the game, and though purists will tell you that it is too much action-rpg and isn't a true Assassin's Creed game, that is kind of exactly why it caught my attention. I will say though, if they'd removed the weak Assassin's Creed ties from Odyssey and sold it as a new brand, both Odyssey and Assassin's Creed would be better for it I think.
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames No worries I just assumed you guys would have played few of them. I love Ezio family, AC3 theme, Eagle bearer and Valhalla theme. Check them if you are interested. 👍
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames I think you would like Odyssey more than Valhalla. But Valhalla ending connects all previous AC games which makes you appreciate the lore. After completing, check the brother's code Valhalla ending explained video if you are interested. Ok talked too much already 😁.
I get it. They _had_ to give the Spartans a navy like at all. So that they would also have a presence on the seas but the fact of the matter was… Spartans couldn’t sail toy boats in a bathtub.
Athens, Olympia, Delphi were the big ones and we basically road tripped around Greece to those destinations so those were the big tourist locations but we stopped in small towns and villages along the way.
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames I’d have to ageee. The way the developers designed it it seems clear she was always intended to be the protagonist se, despite what the trailers would suggest. However, the biggest reason most people, myself included, feel that way is because her voice actor is far far far better than the one for Alexios. I’d definitely choose Kassandra
Kassandra became my all time favorite videogame character. She. Is. FANTASTIC. Alexios was tacked on later after one of the higher up execs claimed "women don't sell" :/ Odyssey will forever be Kassandra's game. (plus, she's the canon protagonist)
Bold of you to imagine I didn't play both characters, two gameplays, and loved every minute of it. (I feel like main story suits Kassandra better, but the DLCs work so well with Alexios) (also that's just me but I thought the actor playing Alexios put more "soul" into the relationship with Phoibe). Since I'm cruel tho, I preferred my ending with Alexios where he has no family left (gosh I hated the mother), it's a good greek tragedy lol
If you havn't played odyssey then I would say its worth it. Just ame sure you play the persian dlc before the other one ( I feel like its name gives too much away). It was so good that I got 100% achievements and 600 hours of play time on it.
I love AC games, although I skipped Unity as that wasn’t for me. I really enjoy Odyssey, there is so much to see and so much history. I often spend hours just walking or riding around the towns and cities just looking at the buildings and artwork or flying around them with Ikaros.
I think it's good about Odyssey that they gave you a choice for the protagonist, a male or female as gender can resonate with the audience you can choose with whom you identify best. At least, that's how I prefer to play. My protagonists are therefore always male, because I wouldn't know how to be anything else I know for a fact there are others who think the same, and having a female protagonist can be the deciding factor of whether or not said player will play the game - that's why I think it's a good thing to have. Kassandra is confirmed to be the canon protagonist of Assassin's Creed Odyssey. I don't care that Alexios is not the canon protagonist, he is to me and that's enough. If this gets more people to enjoy this great game then all the better.
Yeah whichever character you choose is the one who isn't "Sacrificed" at te beginning. Canonically, Kassandra is the main character, and she's amazing. Very Wonder Woman esque I feel, and I definitely enjoy her characterization more. She was supposed to be the main character but that sexist Ubisoft executive forced them to make Alexios playable. But ys, there was they are descendants of Leonidas through their mom and a secret bloodline on their father's side, which makes them superhuman because they're similar to Those Who Came Before, and the spear-head that they use as a short sword is a Fist Civ artifact. Legacy of the First Blade is about the inventor of the hidden blade, Darius, and connects Odyssey to Origins (which is over 400 years later). The only weirdness with the DLC is that they're "episodic" and that kind of sucked, I'm glad they're not going that route with Valhalla. The Atlantis stuff is...hard to explain out of context XD
We enjoy the info drops. We feed off the enthusiasm of the fans of the franchises we watch. And enjoy learning more as we are casual fans of most stuff we react to or complete beginners on some cases ☺️
We will. That one has been brewing for awhile. We’ve heard such great things that it’s almost like not wanting to open a bottle of nice wine. You know it’s going to be great but you also know that it will be over before you want it to be. 🙂
To me odyssey is the best of the 3 new open world assassins creed. Origins was a bit weak to me and valhalla has not much to offer, since the plot is almost done, before you actually start playing....
I don't really have an opinion on these trailers. I just wish they had made a cinematic one like Origins and Valhalla had. Only good thing to tell about this game is that it looks amazing. I have nothing good to say about the protagonist, the story, the gameplay and don't get me started on the extensive customisation options, it was way to much and it distracted me from the gameplay immersion. Our pleasure. We look forward to playing this maybe later this year once we are done with Valhalla 😃
Congratulations! Loved all of the trailers can't decide which one is better so I'm not 😁. The Spartan kick is my favourite move. Need to play the rest of the DLCs. When you get to the end of Valhalla main story ending I want to know how you feel about that end. When you see the end you'll know what I mean.

Thanks a lot Ghost! Can always count on you to give us a little more info. We plan to play all AC games. Even though we don’t have base games yet we are thinking of taking advantage and just stocking up on some DLC for future use like Jack the Ripper and Odyssey. They aren’t subscriptions right? Once we buy them we got em?
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames Your welcome ^^. Oh, stop, you causing me to blush. What really, that seems very interesting to hear that. Well, I hope DLCs comes out more for Valhalla so you can try it. Since it's been updating new expansions missions or storyline information. They are not subscriptions. As they are like purchased from store or in the game payment. So either way, its how you spend your money on it.
I enjoyed this game and I played it all from the main story to the dlc's. It might not feel like an AC game, but it's still great if you like an open world, looter, adventure game.
We’ve heard lot of people loving this game. Maybe it’s not a pure AC game. Doesn’t mean it’s not good. We plan to play it for sure 😃

I love Assassin's Creed. Played every one that's been released. Valhalla, Odessey and Unity are my favorites.
One game trailer I'd like to see you react to is Vampyr.
New suggestion to add to our list. Thanks!
Not sure. Hopefully someone else can answer if for you 🤗
Congrats on getting sponsored by the one and only Ubisoft. Well deserved 🍾🥂🎉
Thanks so much! 😎🍻🥂🥳
Ubisoft is a really great company when it comes to their fans. I love the recent games too. Origins is great especially because of my love of ancient Egypt.
Yes origins really appeals to us as well. Going to be tough to decide which AC game to play next once we finish Valhalla 🤔
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames I definitely agree, it’s hard to pick a favorite as they’re all pretty fun.
Bro ubisoft really is dope they hook everyone up congrats man
Thanks! It was cool that they reached out 😃
Oh also yes all the new games have more mythological aspects.
Cool deal. We will definitely play as Kassandra when we get to this 😎
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames she is so sassy I love her.

@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames np family 🙏
Still top 3 most beautiful games ever. Story is different matter but it was fun to spend 200 hours with this...
Have heard this game is epic and can play for hundreds of hours. 🙂
We heard Kassandra is the way to go 😊
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames her attitude is sassy and serious, sometimes mixed together. You should watch the interview with the voice actors for Kassandra and Alexios where they answer questions as Kassandra and Alexios, which is great since it shows how much they love their characters.
I would like to recommend Ace Combat 7 Skies Unknown trailers. They're a mix of cinematics and gameplay, I think you guys would like them.
Have those in our request list 😇
One trailer that wasn’t on here is the Choose Life trailer. That one is hilarious

Good game... bad assassins creed game
We haven’t played yet but we will. Finishing up Valhalla right now 😃
@@bmgboss6006 yup 🤣🤣🤣
7:23 wish the game actually slowed down while doing overpower attacks it would make them seem more brutal
"Is Leaonidas from movie 300?" well yes but battle of Thermopylai is probably most know battle of western civilization history. Even Sabaton made song about it...

No idea what you guys are drinking but i think Indian chai, or blue tea would be quite a good drink for reacting
Good suggestion! We are doing Baileys and Bourbon. It’s our Hidden Blade drink as it’s half of what we both like. Just like Assassins Creed 😎
That's so awesome, you got sponsorship from UBI. How about elise reveal trailer or RE7 Desolation
It was very awesome indeed. ☺️ Resident Evil 8 today but we will do 7. Today is just the start. Hoping to bring more of the Resident evil community here as we love that franchise 🤓
What armors are at 5:55?
Assassin's Creed is not just about the templars and the Assassin's. It's about the lore and mainly the Isu and their technology. Although the Assassin's do not exist yet in odyssey the order of ancients do, and they are the proto templars. Don't let haters that paid half way attention to the game say its not an Assassin's creed game, most of those guys think the cult of kosmos are the templars lmao
We won’t let it deter us! We still plan to play 😃
Was wondering if you'll react to all cut scenes for Assassins Creed?
For each game? The one for Valhalla alone is 23 hours 🤯 Not opposed to it. But we have some other AC stuff we want to react to. A few more trailers and some other suggestions as well 🙂
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames yup, but from the very beginning, but yeah it's going to be one long series.
Whether or not it is a “true” AC game doesn’t take away from enjoyment if it’s a good game. At least it wouldn’t for us 🙃

Thanks Blaze. 🤟🤟
Well said 👏 🙂
Hey guys, I watched you reacting to many Assassin creed games. Just curious what is your favourite theme music among them?
Oh wow, just from the trailers? Honestly not sure. Which one is yours?
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames No worries I just assumed you guys would have played few of them. I love Ezio family, AC3 theme, Eagle bearer and Valhalla theme. Check them if you are interested. 👍
Cool beans. We’ve played AC I, II, III and currently Valhalla, but it’s been awhile since we’ve played the first 3.

I get it. They _had_ to give the Spartans a navy like at all. So that they would also have a presence on the seas but the fact of the matter was…
Spartans couldn’t sail toy boats in a bathtub.
The dream that I did is complete the all assassins creed game and the movie
what place you visited
Athens, Olympia, Delphi were the big ones and we basically road tripped around Greece to those destinations so those were the big tourist locations but we stopped in small towns and villages along the way.
the two characters most shown are Kassandra and Alexios. They are brother and sister.
We’ve heard Kassandra is the better character. At least most people seem to think so 🤗
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames I’d have to ageee.
She. Is. FANTASTIC. Alexios was tacked on later after one of the higher up execs claimed "women don't sell" :/
Odyssey will forever be Kassandra's game. (plus, she's the canon protagonist)
A bad ass female protagonist appeals to such a wide audience! Can’t wait to play this game. We are loving Valhalla right now playing as Eivor 😎
i played Alexios, i was not a fan of kassandra
I personally rather have Kassandra as the anti-hero, she is a ton more fierce than Alexios
Check out the division 1-2 from the ubisoft
For sure. That one is on our list ☺️
If you havn't played odyssey then I would say its worth it. Just ame sure you play the persian dlc before the other one ( I feel like its name gives too much away). It was so good that I got 100% achievements and 600 hours of play time on it.
Damn! That is some good gameplay investment 😃 we will for sure play odyssey. Might not be next on our AC journey but it’s on there for sure
You guys should react to mk9 fatalities.
We will! 🙂
Nice vídeo
Thanks so much 🙂
You two are so cute 😊. So happy for you.
The meaning of life is love love love. May a flock of doves light your backs.
Aw. Thanks so much for the kind words. ☺️😊🥰 Agreed love is life
I love AC games, although I skipped Unity as that wasn’t for me.
I really enjoy Odyssey, there is so much to see and so much history. I often spend hours just walking or riding around the towns and cities just looking at the buildings and artwork or flying around them with Ikaros.
That’s the thing, the worlds are done so well that sometimes the missions just take a backseat to wandering around and getting lost. ☺️
Please make gameplay videos and livestreams 👍👍
Working on that! Hopefully in next month or less we can start releasing some gameplay and get feedback before mixing in livestreams 🙂
