I bought these lights and so far we really love them! I wanted to ask you if there is a way to get the heads indexed properly sometimes we start them up and 3 lights will index correctly starting where expected but, sometimes 1 or 2 of the lights may start pointing in the incorrect direction by about 5-15 degrees? Hello, the open means empty. When the color wheel rotate to the open, it means the color is white. When the gobo wheel rotate to the open, it means the gobo is round shape. Do you need smoke in a dark room in order to see the beams or are they bright enough on their own?
Sean Hatch you need a fog machine in order to see the beams
Why can't the patterns move & rotate? It just seems kinda basic only having strobe option
