You should do in a day xenses/xplor, then xcaret next day, xel-ha/xoximilco, xichen, xenotes/xavage then the 2 othe days relax lol ... but check out videos of the parks you can reduce the days and skip tbe parks that not interested you hope it helps.

Yes absolutely. This is the first report out of many that I would actually go back to. What I would do differently would be more than 5 days and to fit more parks in. Also I would not drink so much at the Fuego (adults only) pool. The service is too good and too fast there 🤣

Not enough time in 4 days at all! We only went to 1 park (Xplor) since we also wanted to spend as much time as possible on the beautiful resort. Have a great time! I can't wait to go back 👍
How are accomodations for wheelchair guests? Or is it only for the young,strong,spry and able?? Seeing lots of nooks cranies and stairs to attractions.
Hello, could you please tell if food is free in All Inclusive package or you need to pay for food there? We are trying to book through expedia and it says in notes (complementary breakfast) which makes no sense if all food is free
All the food is free except Sunday breakfast at the church on the hill. But you don't need to go to that. It's all free at this resort including the parks 😀😀

There is no cost for the ATV buggy's. If you are staying at the park everything is free 👌
Do you pay for the spa or does it come with the resort package? And if so, what package did you guys get?
It is not included. We paid for a couples massage and you can use all of the facilities with any treatment you purchase.

We paid about $1500 for 4 days. Prices change depending on what time of year. Worth every penny!
Where was the beach located at the 4:28 mark?
This is the beach where you rent the paddleboards. It's between the pool and the ocean...you take the stairs down
You didn’t have to leave the resort to doo all that?
We did the paddleboarding at the resort, however the atv and zip lining was at xplor park which is about 10 minutes drive from the resort.

You would have to check online at Expedia or another website; but I paid around $1500 per person CAD for us.
Check for promotions on there website, I paid usd $2,100 for 6 nights 2 adults the river suite
beach looks bad
The beach was closed because of barracudas. It looked rocky but there were so many areas to swim we didn't miss it at all
