      Well your first lesson from a turk that you must know is turks aren't arabs and they come from near mongolia, in the steppes of central asia and Russia many years ago, but not very long ago, like NOT in B.C times. They also mixed with the populations that surround Turkey, which is why they don't all look like they're central asian. Sorry, I am a bit obsessed with this fact, because I am crazy

    Hi Selin, I have a few questions: for example in this video you said: on saniye, why isn’t it on saniyeler? It is plural. E.g. Bir araba, iki arabalar etc... If you could explain that please. And also I watch a lot of diziler and sometimes people pronounce yarin differently, what is the best pronounciation? Yaarin or yarin? With the a longer or not? Kind regards

    • @user-cg4uz5sp7d
      @user-cg4uz5sp7d 2 роки тому +4

      Hi. As you say, 10 saniye or 2 araba is correct. Because if you say 10 ... or 2... this means they are plural. You dont need put -lar or -ler at the end of the words. You think like -s in engilish but I never understand why we put -s at the end of the words in english lol. If we say 2 araba 3 araba we already get, they are plural. If you want to say plural things without number you can add lar ler at the end of the words. like saniyeler arabalar. ( bu markanın arabaları çok iyi. and bu markanın 3 arabası çok iyi. ) And Yarın is correct one but so many people say yaarın. You are right.

      @@user-cg4uz5sp7d thank you so much! I do understand your point because three is already multiple yet in many languages there is congruence between the number and the object - so three cars for example.
      And also thank you for yarin. You are of great help! Bless you 🙏🏼
