The missing children's incident, it was another birthday party as normal as normal could be, all was happy with smiles and laughter as ambiance of the animatronics singing on stage filled the atmosphere, the overall cheerful ambience along with smells and such that one would experience in any type of showbiz pizza place such as freddy Fazbear's pizzeria...all was wholesome until one man, the boys father, not only changed the lives by misleading them with unfulfilled promises...but also took the lives of the innocent children as screams of agony and cries for help boom through the dimly lit room that they now find they're trapped in.. their souls stuck in the animatronics they posses, just wanting to go home to their parents, forever they weep for the lives they had once known for they are just innocent children.. thinking of what they possibly had done to deserve such painful fate..think about it realistically, the childrens parents and how their parents feel to lose their children.. the horrors and fear the children witnessed in their final moments for they had witnessed each other get brutally murdered before their very eye's untill one was left.. imagine being the last one before getting killed... they were just innocent children. Let that sink in, it hurts doesn't it?..

This song makes me cry cause i look upon how far we have come since fnaf 3 the movie coming out soon i imagine scott never would have foreseen that his small project would become so well known and have a movie of it thank you scott for an amazing game series when it ends i will miss it unimaginably
It makes me cry too. I can’t hate fnaf 3 when it has amazing ost and of course springtrap’s debut. Don’t care about the issues. Fnaf 3 is goated and a great trilogy of fnaf games. The good ending music never fails to get me on my emotional side even when I’m just listening to it for no reason randomly and nothing tragic happened to me recently.
If you think about it, Scott and his family were struggling alot at the time before he made FNAF. He makes one last project considering that it could very well be his last project to help his situation. It exploded everywhere, games came out, companies collaborating with Scott, merchandise of fnaf (i.e. plushies, funko figures), Books, Clothing, hell-even getting candy and soda branded off of FNAF. Even a movie trilogy after his game. He sparked a fandom that made him millions and millions of dollars and as well as millions and millions of fans that have their childhood based off FNAF, such as me for instance thanks to Mr Cawthon. Mr Cawthon may have retired but companies still make games, books and even movies. FNAF has so many fangames to add some icing on the cake. Mr Cawthon could never foresee any of that at the time of making FNAF 1. He never knew that would cause him and his family to be super well off with the money FNAF made for them. This all makes me reflect on one thing. That thing being, God is really a wonder worker. Something like that happening by chance is highly unlikely, to making one last project in hopes you will get SOME money to making millions and sparking a lasting impact that would change peoples lives forever. That was God’s miracle for Scott and God truly rewarded Scott. It reminds me of the story with Prophet Job and how God returned to Job everything he once had by a sevenfold. One thing is for sure here.. God is truly the author that has written from all eternity how everything is planned out. Things can change unexpectedly tomorrow, next week, next month or next year. - You just never know.

And the friends he made a long the way got to celebrate it with him. All the souls now feeling their balloon lift them, they left this world. Fully knowing that HE wouldn't come back. Not this time. And the soul known as Cassidy made sure of that. However HE wasn't her concern anymore. She was free, flying away on a balloon. Forever celebrating with the broken birthday boy. And Charlie the child who was the light and guide through the hard journey. Looked down at burning building, knowing that this was it. This was her happy ending. It was their happy ending. The ending wasn't perfect. It was never going to be perfect. But something about celebrating for eternity sounded so peaceful to her. This was the happiest day of the souls existence, this how it should've ended. The balloons drifted away into the night, never to return to the strings that once grounded them. @@Monkeybeam Technically the souls on Fnaf1's animatronics were killed on Fnaf2 and stuffed inside rhe withered animatronics, Fazbear Enterprises (I forgot the name) just remodeled the animatronics on 1993 (Fnaf1's place in the timeline), the animatronics of Fnaf1 were destroyed on fnaf 3 by William Afton and their souls were free after "killing" him (He literally killed himself by accident), Fnaf 4 or higher animatronics aren't inhabited by the first 5 souls

I think FNAF 4 might've been necessary in continuation of the lore at-that-point, but now given we're talking about cyber-rabbit-cults in pizza plexes blurring the gap between the virtual world and reality, I just feel like FNAF has strayed so far away from the plot so many of us grew up with, and I feel like that's a bit sad.
This makes me think about the first three games just them and how that it was only meant to be 3 games and how with every new installment the soul are put through more pain
The kids were all freed, Freddy and the gang were freed in FNaF 3, and the rest (including William and Henry) were freed in FNaF 6. Wich makes the new games really bad, knowing that the animatronics arent possesed anymore.

I'm seeing a lot of people in the comments saying that FNaF could have ended in the 3rd game. In fact, all FNaF games have shown to have some mystery in the air to be solved in sequence, with the exception of the 6th game. However, not even the 6th game is such a perfect ending, however, better than the end of the fourth game for example. If FNaF hadn't gotten lost in its own story and had been written to have a beginning, middle and end, the game would have ended a long time ago and would be very well remembered. Nowadays, FNaF is only remembered as a game made to fill the coffers of the companies responsible for the new games (Steel Wool and Blumhouse). IT NO LONGER SEEM LIKE FNaF WAS A GAME THAT TRANSFORMED POINT AND CLICK GAMES AND REVOLUTIONIZED HORROR GAMES. BUT, UNFORTUNATELY, IT'S ALREADY BEEN 10 YEARS OF ALL THIS. What remains is to accept that FNaF will never be like before, but we should just enjoy the good times and not be sad that the franchise has become horrible. I kept searching, and after no luck, i left town and started walking. I kept walking, for a LONG time. I walked the entire leghth of southern Idaho, and kept walking. Montana, Utah, Colorado... I just... kept walking... Little things came back to me, once i was out of that checkerboard prison. Y'know, familiar roads, familiar smells... I still have no clue where my old house was, but- I remembered that i was married ! ...and that my wife had died long ago... I even remembered my name. My FULL name. Jake Wilson. My son- My son must've been Jason Wilson. I had a full name to work with. I had enough to find my son. I got a phone book and searched for every Jason Wilson in the country. ...Turns out... There's quite a few of them. So, i started walking. I started in my home state of Nebraska. Figured, i had to start somewhere, right ? Perhaps he was living near our old home.. I travelled door to door, looking for him, and was met with... ...varied reactions... I searched for months before i found the right house. It was located in northen Nebraska, a quaint suburb. H-How many years has that damned company stolen from me?! Was i a fool, to expect to see my son, as i remembered him ? I looked at the whole house, up and down. My son... He turned out alright. Hell, better than alright. He turned out just fine. ...even without me... And that's when SHE ran in. A small girl, into is embrace. A-A-And a woman entered the room behind her, wearing an apron. I noticed a whole dining room behind him, filled with people. ...I- I should've noticed from the big Christmas tree in the living room- They were celebrating Christmas in there. I stood, transfixed, watching this happy family at the table. Chatting, pulling christmas crackers... They- They were happy. Slowly, the window i was peering through steamed up, and- I- I couldn't see Jason, or his family anymore. Just- Just my own reflection. And i saw myself, and what he would've seen me as... A monster. I- I-I couldn't bring myself to knock on the door. I left the house, alone, and never came back. He was happy, without me, and- Having a monster suddenly stumble into his life would've- ...ruined everything. Exactly. The worst part is that even the murderer (William) has gone trough some stuff that could actually make you feel bad for him, in FNaF, you can feel bad for almost every character, wich is just sad.

I'm seeing a lot of people in the comments saying that FNaF could have ended in the 3rd game. In fact, all FNaF games have shown to have some mystery in the air to be solved in sequence, with the exception of the 6th game. However, not even the 6th game is such a perfect ending, however, better than the end of the fourth game for example. If FNaF hadn't gotten lost in its own story and had been written to have a beginning, middle and end, the game would have ended a long time ago and would be very well remembered. Nowadays, FNaF is only remembered as a game made to fill the coffers of the companies responsible for the new games (Steel Wool and Blumhouse).
IT NO LONGER SEEM LIKE FNaF WAS A GAME THAT TRANSFORMED POINT AND CLICK GAMES AND REVOLUTIONIZED HORROR GAMES. BUT, UNFORTUNATELY, IT'S ALREADY BEEN 10 YEARS OF ALL THIS. What remains is to accept that FNaF will never be like before, but we should just enjoy the good times and not be sad that the franchise has become horrible. Even because, This franchise made my childhood and that of many people. That said... RIP FNaF 2014-2018!

Little things came back to me, once i was out of that checkerboard prison.
Y'know, familiar roads, familiar smells...
I still have no clue where my old house was, but-
I remembered that i was married !
...and that my wife had died long ago...
I even remembered my name.
My FULL name.

My son must've been Jason Wilson.
I had a full name to work with.
I had enough to find my son.
I got a phone book and searched for every Jason Wilson in the country.

There's quite a few of them.
So, i started walking.
I started in my home state of Nebraska.

Perhaps he was living near our old home..
I travelled door to door, looking for him, and was met with...

And, i saw light coming from the front window, so i peered inside.

Was i a fool, to expect to see my son, as i remembered him ?
I looked at the whole house, up and down.

He turned out alright.

He turned out just fine.
...even without me...
And that's when SHE ran in.
A small girl, into is embrace.
A-A-And a woman entered the room behind her, wearing an apron.
I noticed a whole dining room behind him, filled with people.
...I-
I should've noticed from the big Christmas tree in the living room-
They were celebrating Christmas in there.
I stood, transfixed, watching this happy family at the table.
Chatting, pulling christmas crackers...
They-
They were happy.
Slowly, the window i was peering through steamed up, and-

I couldn't see Jason, or his family anymore.
Just-
Just my own reflection.
And i saw myself, and what he would've seen me as...
A monster.

I-I couldn't bring myself to knock on the door.
I left the house, alone, and never came back.
He was happy, without me, and-
Having a monster suddenly stumble into his life would've-
...ruined everything.
