That would be my suggestion too! Though I am not a drummer, but I played in bands as a far below average bassguitarist and had (classical) church organ/keboardtraining, I got obsessed with the bassdrum, so I can sync a bit with it while trying to figure out which string to tap/slap/pick on my bass. Drum part of Through the Fire and Flames looks like me like technically doable, for a few seconds... you need stamina, that is what I guess. I am not a drummer, I cannot hold ruthm, I practice bass with a "tick-tock"' thingie (don't know the name in English, in Dutch it is called a metronome) and my feet are not trained for drumming. Please Mr. Rock and Roll, check out Junna do her thing on Through the Fire and Flames by Dragonforce.

Junna actually was the drummer for Kakumei, another all-girl Japanese metal band.
That's right, Junna quits that band, she's actually more popular than the Band.
Anyway, they changed the band name to Trident.
It was actually called "Girls Rock Band Kakumei."

@@autohmae this is a standard method for driving a full manual car on a racetrack/drifting/rallying. with sequential transmissions nowadays its not a technique needed anymore, more focusing on left foot braking to keep the transmission/driveline loaded as much as possible.

Japanese have so many young talented drummergirls. Junna has the most energy though. She's WILD! But if you have time, take a look at Yoyoka, Kanade Sato or Senri Kawaguchi. They will kick your tiny little A...(as you always say: No cursewords haha)
I've seen racing drivers use heel-and-toe to downshift while braking; but this is the first time I've seen a drummer heel-and-toe to use high hat and left bass pedal at the same time!

In my sophomore year of high school I was so proud to have been put into AP Calculus. That was until I entered the class for the first time, and I saw this Asian kid who was still a 7th grader sitting next to me. She is also one of the youngest (at 13) to be added into the Drummerworld’s list of the Top 500 drummers in the world. She has also been featured as the cover artist on an issue of Drumhead magazine.

She’s an inspiration esp. as a female drummer from a non-English speaking country, to have managed to carve out a name for herself in this male dominated field of the international music scene, relying solely on her skill and dedication to the craft.
Her youtube channel has all her videos from when she started more than a decade ago by doing covers of anime soundtracks, to now having released multiple albums of her own and getting to collaborate with some of the biggest names in the industry.

I have zero musical background but just watching her play so effortlessly makes me want to pick up drumming too. She honestly made me develop a new appreciation for drum focussed instrumentals and fusion, which is a completely new genre for me.
Junna has another adorable aspect as cosplayer. Maybe this gap is the reason why people overseas love Japanese sub culture.
