Hello! Not from HCI but was from JC too, thoughts of how everyone gets through the 6am wake up and reaching home at 7pm really makes me wondered how did i accomplish that. Especially now that im in Y4 of uni, life is just so different from the days in JC. All the best for A Levels and enjoy your JC Time :)
graduated 9 years ago and goofing off with friends everyday at the class benches is still one of my happiest memories in hwach, year 1 everybody was playing around, chatting but when year 2 rolled around, every morning we were all studying or discussing questions together. i missed jc a lot when i was in uni. happy to say that working is great and you no longer feel guilt for choosing to carve out your weekends for yourself! its quite the opposite actually.
Enjoyed the simplicity of your vlog, felt really nostalgic watching this! Good editing and composition. Don't count your subscribers haha, let this be the one of the things that doesn't have a number tied to it and be a pure enjoyment for yourself :) All the best for JC!
Hi senior here who graduated almost 17 years ago. Thanks for making the video, brings back lots of nostalgia and memories. We’ve never had home rooms but we had class benches. And looks like they are still there. Keep making more videos and treasure your JC days!
What a refreshing video! I went to poly 5 years ago so thank you for uploading this so I can get a glimpse of what JC was like! All the best pal, hard work pays off and I hope that you'll get into the course of your dreams.
graduated last year too and waiting for uni to start; watching this made me realise how time really just flies past without us consciously knowing… wasted most of my JC life with covid restrictions so i’m glad y’all get to experience more! tbh JC isn’t sth i’m really fond of remembering because of a lot of shitty stuff, but seeing your vid makes me think of the little things that were worth remembering :) nonetheless, atb for a levels and don’t forget to take breaks too!
Hey hey! This looks so cool ^=^ I’m a J1 student from EJC and I really love how well produced this is AHSHAHAH I’ve been considering doing some yt content creation too and seeing how you mustered the courage to post is incredibly inspiring
thanku it means a lot to me, it took so much courage n continues to take a lot of courage hahaha go for it! If u need anything js reach out to me on ig I'm more than willing to help
This is an amazing vlog. I've heard it time and time again about discipline, but this video, it teaches something different. I teaches lessons coming from people who are in an environment of stress, while also surprisingly happiness. I'm a Singaporean as well, but I haven't been able to experience this kind of environment my whole life, as I have been going to International School from the start of my primary years. I always wonder: Is the life of discipline beneficial for me and will it really make me stabilize my happiness with it aswell? Can it make me a more different person, and be in less reach to the person I want to become in my later years? All these questions spring into my head at all times, and right now, I have the chance to actually go to a school like that, but how I will cope with it, I don't know. Right now though, I want to appreciate you for creating this video! CHEERS! (P.S I'm in Secondary 1)
time to update your sub count :) i see 694 plus me so 695 now thanks fr making this video i think its quite interesting to find out that next year ill no longer have a homeroom but also seeing the experience in jc1 is quite an eye opener for me
thank you for this! im a sec four student planning on going to ib, but im also open to the option of hcjc! watching jc vlogs so i know roughly what to expect.
