Piss me Right to Hell off! Sorry you were shorted. I'm glad the company made it right. Looks like an honest accident and not worth you losing sleep. ❤ ❤❤
Please don't ruin your subscriber lives. Who did you order from? Seems only appropriate to let us know as well as if they made it right. Keep educating us with All aspects of your knowledge. Thanks. I am actually wanting to order African soon. I am a novice so this may be ignorant, blues and African are the same worm? I don't want to pay four times as much as I should.
I’m sorry, but I will not publicly call out anybody. It is not right. I did put an update at the end of the video and the person did make it right. I will be receiving new Worms next week. I have African nightcrawlers on my website. I get them from a supplier That I trust greatly. I used to have a lot of them here on my farm, but with the Indiana winter, I struggle.. no worries I will never stop educating. It’s in my nature to teach.☺️
As a seller myself I’d give the seller a chance to make it right. Mistakes happen, orders can get mixed up, etc. This hasn’t happened to me yet but it could. If the seller blows off such a situation and doesn’t make it right, then they should be called out because they’re not being honest and fair with their customers and that gives all sellers a bad name. That’s my take on it. 🪱
@@RockinWormsa few minutes after I filmed they contacted me and made things right 😊 I’m getting the rest this week. Things can happen and it will happen to you at some point. I gave them a chance and they made things right
@@RockinWorms If its a family business it is possible the seller had some one in the family fill the order and that its a good-faith mistake, no ill intent. Maybe a learning moment for the seller.
Looks like you got 1/2 pound! That worker or owner wasn't a Deli worker. Our deli doesn't do it that way, but these Deli workers can get it Right on the #. I used to have a regular customer back in the cities, he'd come in, (like the lotto ticket) to see if I could nail it on the number! 1/2 pound sliced Turkey, with the grab. With all my 'pissed' off memories (and experiences) of Deli work, that was fun. Thanks Indiana [Jones].
It’s ok the person is shipping me more, you’re offer is very sweet 😊YUEBM Gardening Sand Soil Compost... www.amazon.com/dp/B0C2Y1PSRW?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I did contact them I put the update at the end of the video. No I never wet them before shipping, why would I do that when I’m gonna mix them with peat before shipping. That makes no sense.
We never wet them before shipping because we mix them with peat before shipping. I wet them when I receive them covered in bedding that has chunks and hard to sift. No wetting them a second doesn’t add water weight, I know this because when I put euros in very wet bedding it takes them a few days to start pumping up. It’s not something that happens immediately.
@@TheGardenAndWormLady I did see that and I’m glad they’re making it right. Mix ups happen. I agree, rinsing before shipping doesn’t make any sense to me 🤷♂️. 🪱
@@RockinWorms and they don’t have water weight right before shipping either. Usually, I receive one in Peat-moss and you can easily sift them but some people use a bedding with chunks and other things that makes it hard to sift and get an accurate weight. So when you receive worms and they are like that wet them like I did and then you will get the correct weight. Little trick I learned from an old Worm farmer about 15 years ago.😊

You’re welcome. I just tried to show everything and show the things that can go wrong at times. Yes I’m very happy with the outcome.🤩

Your half pound is way bigger than a pound I bought in February, and I didn’t wash mine.

So the worms don't mind a bit of heavy handling?
Nah, they do just fine. I grabbed them and move them all over the place.☺️
