Update On What Happened With Our Virgin Villa In Orlando- May 2022

Its been a while since we posted the video about the issues with our Virgin holidays select villa, In the video we showed all the problems it came with which shows the villa wasn't up to a standard to be staying in.
In this Video we wanted to explain bit more of what happened and how we managed to change villa, We have also added in some clips from the villa we moved into which was in a much nicer area and the villa was in a good condition.
We had some issues with the footage we had so there is just a short walk round of the villa.
We have booked to go back later this month (May 2023) going for a week this time planning to do some more vlogs to share with you, If you have any questions please ask we will respond to all.

Hi guys, we are currently here and have experienced the same. I'm exhausted pleading with them to get us moved but they are refusing. They keeping sending people out to bodge repair the aging and knackered blinds. The list of faults is extensive. what address did you use to visit their Florida office ? I'm driving to them. I'm done with all the email tennis. They refuse to send a rep here and I need to see someone face to face. Thanks guys.

Celebration, FL 34747 they’re the ones who were owners of the villa we stayed in booking through virgin. Hopefully you get it sorted!
5787 Vineland road. Is the Virgin address we went to it is in an office block it isn’t very well sign posted of where to go it was on the 2nd floor hope this helps
