- Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has resumed duty after a week of an apparent hibernation that has widely been attributed to alleged friction with his boss President William Ruto. The Deputy President returned to his official engagements today a day after resurfacing at a highly charged gathering in Nyeri and later seeing off President Ruto on his departure to the United States.

This leaders need to do one thing. Stop the unnecessary talks and go to the ground and work for people. Our roads infrastructure are I need of serious servicing, just go to Thika, each ward and you will see how people are suffering due to poor roads and drainage systems. Other regions share similar predicament. Mt Kenya amenities are in serious want. Instead of leaders trying to serve man they they serve mwananchi through service directly to the people. If they cant, God will remove them and right leaders will be found to propel the mountain to it's fullest potential.
