Looks like I’m 28 now! Nanny (my dad’s mom) caught her first fish too! Great time on the river with family!

Move to a small town buddy. I lived in a big town for 12 years an thought the world has gone crazy. Eight years ago i went back to the countryside of Bavaria and all this crazy nonsens does not exist here.
Yer right. Unfortunately folks like this here are becoming fewer and fewer. The small towns and independent families that used to live there and pass on this way of life are dying off. Most of the kids moved away and don’t care to pass on any of these values! Perty sad. Take care

I feel like I witnessed a slice of life better than any movie or documentary I've seen in the last decade. 3 generations together, doing the only thing that matters...spending time together while you're all healthy, happy, and LIVING IT UP.

When we were younger Ma couldn't keep us away from the creek. So, she went with us, walked the creek for about 5 miles out of town. Her boy's had the time of our lives until Ma started finding shell's she wanted to keep! Thanks for bringing back the memory!
