For those who are not familiar with Damien and Lisa - Lisa's not given credit here - Here name is Lisa Hannigan. One of my favorite songs. Two of my favorite voices. I don't think I've ever listened to this song without getting goosebumps and eventually crying. Such a moving and beautiful song. Thanks for sharing it.
@@coldminded21 Yes I did cry - yes real tears -His voice -the arrangement of the song and the meaning of the lyrics make me feel something deep inside and when Lisa's voice comes in at the end ...yup - I cry like a baby. Guessing many people do when listening to this.
@@mariamason1919 it's amazing how human work... even simple words said by someone can make someone squeeze out water from their eyes or in other words tears, amazing. World/life is truly amazing. Damien sang in one of his songs: 'I've got so much beauty around me I cant choose/move' , for a very long time i didnt understand what it mean but few years back i started to understand. Life is fascinating and beautiful. Are there any other artists that makes you feel moved this much? To me it's pink floyd - the great gig in the sky, the singer's ability to express emotions by voice are top quality, all the nuances she does are a tear worthy.

I couldn't begin to list the musicians through out my life that have had (or still do at times) drown me in my own tears, for different reasons. Even instrumentals can make me cry. Both Max Richter and Ludovico Einaudi can bring me to my knees. I keep a playlist of songs that I named "Songs I keep in my heart-Always" - The great gig in the sky vocals by Clare H. Torry has to be one of the most amazing vocals in rock and roll history. I get chills every time I hear her solo in that song. I can live without a lot of things but I cannot live without music. My emotions are directly connected to what I listen to and vs/vs. It was nice talking to you and enjoying great music together. Stay Safe.
