Customer service specialist only need to learn shove it. It’s all they ever tell you at delta. Your Atlanta employees are fairly bad even by Atlanta standards.
Delta is the worst airline to fly, after my flight was cancelled they booked me hiding lots of details that I didn't find out until I was at the gate, some details which would have costed me 200$ extra plus they forced me to pay again for all the pre-checked luggage, then proceeded to lie about when my baggage is being brought back, and they keep refusing to attend me.
