I would say. Practice will definitely help. If you are in a clan, try to battle someone stronger and repeat after you are satisfied with the results. My recommendation is to use event creatures if possible. There is more into it, but those are just highlights

By upgrading your water chamber.
1-5lvl normal shovel (common seeds)
6-9lvl silver shovel (uncommon seeds)
10lvl up is golden shovel (rare seeds)
