I created this Cossart Road documentary from footage shot for one of my video production class projects, which was not completed after these frightening experiences had the tape left untouched for many years. The movie At Close Range 1986 starring Sean Penn & Christopher Walken was based on the true story of the real life rural Pennsylvania crime family led by Bruce Johnston Sr. the The Johnston Gang operated during the 1960s and '70s.. In 2004 M. Night Shyamalan filmed The Village here.
