  • Just because I’m small, does not mean I don’t know what I’m talking about. Way too often, people assume leaner people on social media give scientifically backed healthy and wellness advance. When most of the time, it can be misinformation.
    As a powerlifter though, this was my time to shine! Added a 4th bench day - on the road to 200!

    Impressive other than the half rep position, you can get much better muscle growth and strength by having your entire back to the bench and lowering the bar all the way down before pushing up.

      This is a good comment, instead of hate just attempt to tell people how they can improve. Personally I wouldn't even dare go against her if it came to showing off strength, but human decency is something everyone should show

      You will never have your whole back on the bench for optimal leg drive. Barbell Bench in general is not a great exercise selection for peck hypertrophy. So if I wanted to actually focus on that, I would use something else like dumbbell bench to go through full ROM. I’m a powerlifter so we’re going to bench to competition standards.

    form goes crazy bad , i mean good work progressing but mby use the bench?
