I purchased a used Nissan 5 hp and had no trouble raising the engine on a stand but am unable to lower the motor. Can you show a how to? Thanks is advance.
I'm looking at purchasing, what I believe to be, this model. It's missing the tag / serial number. Seller has indicated it needs a new carb. Can I still get parts? Are there any other ways to identify the year? Thanks for any guidance! @bassmaster3474
I don't know if you can still get parts or not.But usually they have a model number on the freeze plug of the block. It would normally be the same number that was on the motor originally. Hope this helps
