Machining New Shaft For A Crasher Machine

In this video, you will see that we are machining a damaged shaft of a crasher machine. As you will see in the video, first we start machining from its coupling, a small minor cut, then we machine its gear, a small minor cut. After that, we start machining a main shaft. First, we machined its diameter and all sizes, then we moved on to make a keyway in the shaft. For the bottom keyway, we machined it on a shaper machine. and then the remaining two keyways we did on the milling machine. And finally, we checked it, put it inside the shaft into coupling, and then in its gear.
