讲真，翅叔真系南难吃，完全唔得。饮食节目收钱赞助当然可以理解，但还是建议可以筛选一下。
个人口味唔同，我觉得翅叔真系好吃，基本每个月都去1,2次
唔使你出钱梗系无所谓拉。

鲨鱼被渔就是因为这个，是被砍了鱼鳍再扔回海里，很残忍。。
其实养殖的食物很充足的，不要为了一点额外的口腹之欲造成那些不必要的杀戮。。
错了，鲨鱼最大的价值是用来做手袋和鞋，鱼翅只是附加值。肉可以用来做喂实验室动物。骨头的价值就更大了。鱼翅是最无用的但在中国很有市场。鲨鱼全身是宝。在国际市场上没有一条鲨鱼是会被扔回海里的。

@@overbridgequ6078 看过，捕获的鲨鱼有一部分不是渔民想要的品种或成色有问题，就会割走鱼翅后抛下大海。当然会有一些捕猎者是为了摆拍，就跟休闲活动一样。鲨鱼的数量比你想象的要多，几乎泛滥，只有几个品种是濒危物种。把鲨鱼的数量维持在一定范围反而有利于生态。禁食鱼翅本生就是一个伪命题。欧洲人通过鲨鱼工艺品消费鲨鱼本身才是应该禁止的。鱼翅只是占到鲨鱼产业链的1%不到。
