unrelated, but how did you get the git information on your zsh prompt when you are within a git repo? As in the branch name and staged/unstaged marker.
@@daniqueijo7889 seconded! Starship is awesome if you care about portability across shells and ease of installation, otherwise I'd suggest installing powerlevel10k for zsh and doing it with zinit as a plugin manager

Idk which prompt he use but I use starship and you can configure it to show git info
