🌲6 slices of bread
🌲30 grams of butter
🌲2 tablespoons of flour
🌲1/2 cup of milk
🌲 Nutmeg
🌲3 slices of bacon
6 slices of cheese

🌲Sausage hunting
🌲100 grams of cheese

5 minutes no way! It can take between 10minutes to 15 minutes then you done 😊
I think they are referring to the final assembly time, with the prep time being separate. (Cutting the sausage, cooking the bacon, making the béchamel, etc. would all be prep.)
A Croque Monsieur is usually with ham.
A Croque Madame adds a egg on top.

I believe the 5 minutes refers to the final assembly cook time, not the initial prep work (toasting the bread, cooking the bread, grating the cheese, etc.).
We dont need to se you repeat every stage, once is enuf. And its no five minute recipe!

I get tired of videos like this that promise 5 minutes and just one step involves making a sauce that takes 10 minutes minimum. And no, they don't slow it down. They skip chopping and cooking time to speed it up.

This video is way too slow. We don't need to see you put every slice of bread in the pan, then turn every slice. We don't need you to cut every single piece of sausage. Eliminate half of what you do. It's too tedious. You say this recipe will take 5 minutes. What a joke.

Hunters sausage or they call it Jagd wurst. Jagd means hunting. . It’s delish with mustard on a fresh roll but thick sliced
I'm not sure about the hunter sausage. I would just put a different kind of meat other than the bacon on it. Maybe some scrambled up sausage. I don't know but as far as the cheese goes, use whatever kind of cheese you like. You're the one eating it

Béchamel basic does not include nutmeg. It can, but you can also use mustard, onion, bay, or other herbs. Not a fan of Nutmeg.

This might be five minutes to eat, but it is not a 5 minute breakfast to make in any stretch of the imagination.
But... It did bring up a memory of my mother making the white sauce and chicken and peas, serving it on toast. My dad would put chipped beef in his white sauce and serve that on toast. He called SOS. 😂😂 I think I will make the chicken and peas version this week.

I like the fried bread and bacon but in my house we add a fried egg.. Maybe a sausage some veg roll even black and white pudding!
Use the sausage & cheese that you prefer, it doesn't matter what they're using, fix to yout taste buds
