      @@monaalhalabi2912 Using a mini ball during a workout has many great benefits! In this workout, you will use it for core stability, which is amazing for targeting your deep core muscles. Creating instability which is great for improving balance and also makes the core work more. And squeezing the ball through the inner thighs helps active your pelvic floor. I hope this helps!
