I think it’s great that you provide this resource, but right away you are misleading when you say the teacher is the one “in charge” I’m pretty sure federal law would explain this differently and clarify that is not true at all. You might just want to get that fact correct.
Hello, you are exactly right. Everyone has an equal say during the IEP meeting. What I was referring to is typically the teacher is the one to run the meeting.

It's strange because at my school we run the meetings but all of the schools in this district the counselor runs the meetings?
