Katamari Damacy - TGS 2003 Demo

My favorite part about this demo is that it takes place on "demo island" which you cannot visit per se in the final game, but you can find it and pick it up in Make The Moon, its hidden in the mountain/volcano

The most interesting parts of this demo, to me, are:
1. The early version of Katamari On The Rocks
2. The early design of the Katamari itself
3. The fact that this stage is actually Demo Island, an area you can’t visit in the final game but you CAN roll up in the last level.
4. The King’s voice in this demo is the same one that would eventually go on to be used in later games, despite being changed for the final release.
5. THE 30 SECONDS LEFT ALARM IS SOMEHOW EVEN MORE ANNOYING THAN IN THE FINAL GAME

the only ways to play this demo is to own a japanese ps2 and the demo or find a ROM online and play it on an emulator
