Wow. Goergeous bike. I loved the more squared shape of the CL tanks. Super-90 tanks looked stupid IMO, like a suppository. I bought a new 1968 CL90, $400, when I was 17, and rode it a couple years. SO much fun!
hey Ken looks like you guys are having way too much fun with all those classic restorations I saw some beautiful bikes there took me back to the 70s man when life was awesome I'd love to go back to her and stay I had a lot old motorcycles back in those days well in those days they were new but now they're classics anyway you take care keep putting out the great videos love watching your videos man and you and your family have a very merry Christmas and a very Happy New year and be safe. Your new friend Dan Williams in London Arkansas.
Tank emblems on the bike now are reproduction metal ones. The originals were made of plastic/ resin material. Also missing the passenger hold strap on the seat.
The bike shop/salvage I hang out at sold a CL90 with frame number 1. I guess no one looked at the frame number at the shop, the new owner sent them a photo of it. It was sold for $75.00. I am sick, there is no telling how often I just walked past it and paid it no mind at all.
I had a blue one just like it back into I traded it in on a 71 cl 100 NO COMPARISON the cl 100 was great it would top out at over 65 mph and the torque was unbelievable it would catch tire in 2nd gear actually chirp it was a blast for all year old kid Idrag raced my neighbor with a 350 big horn Kawasaki beat him by 2 bike lengths great times I miss those days,!!!!!
I have a 69 cl90. It was used by my dad in 8th grade and picked up his girlfriend through muddy fields. It then blew up on the highway and was rebuilt in a rv kitchen sink. It sat in my uncles shed since 84'. My question is how do you remove the seat so effortlessly?
I need the same very soon please guide me I had one S90 and a square tank blinkers fitted on handle bar.now I am 70yrs. But still proud to have 1 because today don't have any of the previous models

I had a red and silver one, 50 years ago, I was 13, oh my how time flies, seems like yesterday.
My childhood friend had one, mine was a 66 S 90., wonderful memories. That bike was way better than mine.
I had a Super 90, my buddy had the CL 90, great bikes, I hope somewhere it is still there out having adventures.
