Ive been tattooing for 22 years. Im not a fan of this type of procedure. The reason why big tats are split into sessions is because of the trauma tattooing does to the body. You need time to recover between sessions, in my opinion. I know a lot of people think otherwise, but its just not my thing. Plus, pain is part of the beauty of the tattoo.

I'm sure he's fine, and I've done multiple sessions of 4 or so hours. I just don't recommend this much at once. It's not a matter of price, it's just not something I would suggest for any of my clients. The work looks great, but it's still my opinion that torso, back, sleeves etc should be spaced out.

I have a small stomach and a small rib piece , 1 sleeve , 1 hand , full neck and some back and a few on my leg (shin and calve) i never used numbing cream let alone anasteisha , and never will its just a personal preference, but with that being said big boy had ALOT kf spots covered painful spots to and he didnt use any pain killers .... I'm pretty sure he's doing this to speed up the process and not for pain... like if someone did this on their first session then thats lame but if you have 120+ hours under the needle and didnt take anything for the pain for 90% of your tatts then i think youve earned it
