Great video and very informative, but I need to replace the glass itself on mine. My question is, after I loosen those two 10mm nuts that holds the glass to the regulator, how difficult is it to remove the glass? Does it just slide up and out? or is there something else that needs to be removed? any info would be greatly appreciated!
@@hogie1685 I haven't found any, at least not for 3rd gen Rams. There's a lot of not so good videos to sort through, but so far yours and 1A AUTO had the best info on how to get to the bolts that secure the glass at least.
I’m not sure I’ll have to look into that. I would make sure that I have power to the motor first. Cause that could be the issue (broken wire etc. Then if you have power the motor could be fried. I dunno maybe if you unbolt the motor from the door it might come down Low enough to get at the window bolts.
Your Jr. assistant rocks.

Can you just replace the motor on 07 Dodge Ram 1500 or you have to replace the whole thing
I think you should be able to do just the motor.
Man could you do a video on how to take the motor off my back driver side window won’t go up

My window is in the door. Do i need to get it up into place before i take the regulator off?
Yah I would. You don’t want to break or scratch the window!!! Just carefully pull it up my hand and then tape it to door
Thanks about easy easy as I figured it would be
Hope it all goes well for yah
What if your window wont roll down at all how do you get to the bolts?
